Two stepped Shaker reveals instead of one. The extra step adds a layer of shadow line around the panel — a more architectural take on the standard Shaker.

How it's made

• CNC-routed from a single piece of 3/4" MDF — no stiles, no rails, no glue joints to telegraph through paint
• Cut to your exact finished size in our Conroe, Texas shop
• Shipped unfinished and ready for primer
• Mozaik profile reference: S003 (for reorders)

• Minimum size for this profile: 6" tall × 6" wide.
• Minimum billed size is 1.75 sq ft per piece
• No minimum order
• Standard lead time 10–15 business days
• Hinge holes: choose Yes or No above — boring is FREE during the Fall Sale.
  European concealed hinge boring: one 35 mm cup hole and two dowel holes per hinge location. Hinges and dowels are not included.

Custom-cut doors are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once in production. Measurements are the customer's responsibility.
